Follow the order from gallery references and serving details to the quote, payment and handover.
A strong enquiry includes your date, servings, flavour, theme or design idea, reference images, name or age details, and pickup or delivery suburb.
That lets us advise what can be created before you commit.
We recommend ordering about one month ahead. Peak-season and popular-date production spots can be taken earlier, so please order as soon as your celebration date is known.
Custom cakes require at least seven days' notice. Detailed designs and peak-season orders are best placed three to four weeks ahead.
Yes. Send what you know and flag the uncertain parts. Date, servings, suburb, and references are the best starting points.
