How much does a custom cake cost?
Custom cakes start from $150. Final pricing depends on servings, flavour, finish, design detail, personalisation, and pickup or delivery.
How early should I order?
Order early when your celebration date is known. Peak-season and popular-date production spots can fill well in advance, and detailed work needs additional preparation time.
What is the smallest custom cake?
Our smallest custom cakes serve 12–15 guests.
Can I make a halal-friendly request?
Our custom cakes are halal-friendly and we do not use non-halal ingredients in our custom cakes. Contact us before ordering if you have specific ingredient questions.
Can you exclude an allergen or ingredient?
Our kitchen handles multiple allergens in the same facility. We may be able to exclude a requested ingredient, but traces can remain. For severe allergies, it is safer not to order. Contact us before ordering if you would like to discuss a request.
Do you deliver and offer pickup?
We deliver across Melbourne metro. Pickup runs Monday to Saturday from Hoppers Crossing, usually Friday to Sunday from Doncaster and Wantirna South, and usually Sunday from Melbourne CBD. A $2.50 handling fee applies at partner pickup locations. Current checkout dates, delivery fees and handover instructions are shown on the Amour Desserts website.
How do I order?
Browse our cake gallery for examples, then contact us with your date, servings, suburb and reference images. We will guide the remaining details and prepare an individual quote.

What flavours can I choose?
We bake soft sponges and richer, moist cakes. Pandan with gula Melaka and rose lychee are the ones we're asked for most, alongside chocolate, red velvet, strawberry, lemon, orange, marble, and chocolate mud.
Can I include name and age?
Yes. Send the name and age if you want them included.
Can I request custom toppers or colours?
Yes. Custom toppers, specific theme colours, and extra details can be discussed. Extra personalisation may take more time.
How do I pay?
Once details are confirmed, we send an invoice and accept card payment through our website.
