Terms for custom cake enquiries and orders
A message begins an enquiry. The order is secured only after the final cake details, handover arrangement and required payment have been accepted.
Enquiries and secured orders
A message, copied helper result or reference image is an enquiry rather than a secured order. The order is secured after we have accepted the final cake details, pickup or delivery arrangement and required payment.
Quotes and design details
Custom cake pricing depends on servings, flavour, finish, tiers, handmade decorations, toppers, edible images, personalisation and pickup or delivery.
A quote applies to the design and order details described in writing. Changes may affect labour, ingredients, structure, timing and price.
Reference images and handmade variation
Reference images help explain the style, colours, finish and details you like. We adapt the direction to suit the cake size, budget, structure, food-safe decoration, transport and display conditions.
Custom cakes are handmade. Minor variation in colour, placement, piping, flowers and decorative details is normal unless a written order term says otherwise.
Payment, changes and cancellations
Payment, change, cancellation, rescheduling and refund details are provided with the specific quote, invoice or order messages. Review those terms before paying.
Pickup, delivery and handover
We deliver across Melbourne metro. Pickup runs Monday to Saturday from Hoppers Crossing, usually Friday to Sunday from Doncaster and Wantirna South, and usually Sunday from Melbourne CBD. A $2.50 handling fee applies at partner pickup locations.
Exact dates, fees and handover instructions are confirmed with the order. Keep the cake cool, level and protected after handover.
Allergens and dietary requests
Our kitchen handles multiple allergens in the same facility. We may be able to exclude a requested ingredient, but traces can remain. For severe allergies, it is safer not to order. Contact us before ordering if you would like to discuss a request.
Our custom cakes are halal-friendly and we do not use non-halal ingredients in our custom cakes. Contact us before ordering if you have specific ingredient questions.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
