When to enquire

We recommend ordering about one month ahead. Peak-season and popular-date production spots can be taken earlier, so please order as soon as your celebration date is known.

That leaves time to confirm the design, personalisation and pickup or delivery details.

02

Short notice limits the design options

Custom cakes require at least seven days' notice. Detailed designs and peak-season orders are best placed three to four weeks ahead.

Detailed finishes, handmade decorations and fixed event dates leave less room to adjust production, so sending the brief early gives us more options.

Questions about this topic

Can I ask for a rush custom cake?

Peak-season and popular-date production spots can fill early. Ordering ahead gives us more time to prepare the design and details properly.

Should I wait until I know the exact guest count?

No. Start with an estimate and update it later if needed.
